The mechanical design of the Food Grade Bench Scale follows sanitary specifications for processing equipment developed by the AMI's Sanitary Equipment Design Task Force. Every detail of the scale has been examined and designed to reduce the potential for colonization by harmful microbes, such as listeria monocytogenes and E. coli. The FB1200 Instrument provides a range of features in an economical scale instrument. Designed for industrial scale applications, it features a highly-visible LCD display with 2" characters that can be viewed in a range of light conditions. The stainless steel FB1200 enclosure is rated NEMA 4X and is designed for wet or dirty environments.
Kit includes Platform w/Stainless Steel loadcells that are IP67 rated, one Pillar, one Stainless Steel FB1200 instrument and factory calibration.
